From the left or the right side, straight ahead or ‘Upside Down’, no matter how you look at it all the Jazzanova remixes that have emerged over the last few years are now to be released in one shiny package. Featuring remixes by some of dance music finest key figures’ with their own interpretations of selected Jazzanova tunes from the last eight years.
The track listing is as massive as the Berlin’s quintet worldwide reputation. From fellow Berliners Henrik Schwarz, Ye:Solar and Âme to Atjazz and Mr. Scruff, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Midnight Mauraders and Soldiers Of House this is a top notch international heavy weight affair.
Inspired by the outstanding reworks of their material Jazzanova member & DJ Alex Barck and Jazzanova Live member Stefan Ulrich together with Alexa Voss(under there Neve Naive moniker) remixed their own tracks; these along with the ‘Soldiers of House’ remix are available for the very first time to the public on 30th January 2012. Vinyl lovers will be happy to know it will also be released over two 12”s which will be packed in a screen printed plastic outer sleeve, a true collector’s item.
