Partizan with Simon Ledder & Rick Nicholls

This weekend sees one of the key players from a respected London crew head to Manchester for an intimate gig, wherein he’ll be joined by a member of an elusive but highly regarded northern techno and house collective. Better yet, the party is going off in an art space and former squat built for no more than 150 people.

So WEPLAYMUSIC have been putting on events in and around the capital for roughly three years, and in that time have developed a reputation for doing just that, and not a lot else, with the focus purely on the tunes at hand. Simon Ledder plays an integral part in this, which is part of the reason Partizan have decided to lure him a few hundred miles up the country.

On the night, which takes place on Saturday, November 19th in Berlin-esque Kraak Gallery, Rick Nicholls of mature Manchester organisation Bohemian Grove, who are themselves responsible for a swathe of intimate bashes across the city, will also be spinning records. Support comes from the residents, of course, more information is below, and you can buy tickets from the end of this link.
