Crazy P set for Manchester album launch

They’ve changed names, but still retain the same funk-fuelled, groovy house flavour everyone first fell in love with them for. Earlier on this year we were very happy to receive, and review, a re-telling of their debut album of 1997- A Nice Hot Edit With, and most right minded people’s northern live house band of choice are set to launch a brand new LP, When We On, via the currently-in-renaissance Leeds label, 2020 Vision.

To celebrate the release of this, their sixth full-length effort, Crazy P, known to some over a certain age as Crazy Penis, will be playing a headline slot at Manchester’s every-popular party, El Diablo’s Social Club. The event in question kicks off this Friday, November 18th at trendy basement hangout The Soup Kitchen, situated in the heart of the Northern Quarter. Most appealingly of all the outfit will be taking over the entire night’s proceedings, laying down no less than six hours of music to a no-doubt welcoming, but nevertheless expectant crowd.
